Women’s access to justice: ASEAN perspectives
Main contact: Catalina Droppelmann
This project is conducted by Professor Shailaja Fennell and Lucy MacMahon from the Centre for Development Studies and Catalina Droppelmann from the Centre for Community, Gender and Social Justice. Although access to justice is a fundamental human right, it is estimated that four billion people around the world do not enjoy the protections afforded by law. In this Scoping Study, we provide a sense of both the scope and the depth of the issue of women's access to justice in ASEAN nations.
